The 2014 Cenyth Red is fantastic wine composed of 60% Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Malbec made by Hélène Seillan. It begins with invting aromas of dark cherries and black raspberries which come together with loam, roasted coffee, spices, spring florals and hints of minerals all taking shape. On the palate this is medium-full bodied with a lovely plush texture and beautifully polished tannins. It continues impress as it shows excellent balance through the finish. While this is extreamly appealing now it should also continue to evolve over the next decade.
