The 2015 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a absolutely fantastic entry into the stunning lineup from Alpha Omega in this vintage. It begins with seductive aromas of ripe blackberries and dark currants, which are accompanied by spices, cocoa, coffee bean, spring florals, anise and dusty minerals all soaring from the glass. On the palate this is full-bodied with a gorgeous soft, voluptuous texture that displays layers of ripe dark fruits which expand seamlessly through the wine. It continues to impress with its outstanding depth and concentration leading up to the long, plush finish. A simply delicious Cabernet that shows off the wonderful ripe characteristics of the vintage. While this is outstanding now it should also continue to drink beautifully for at least a decade.
