LIQUID FARM Pinot Noir, Santa Barbara County 'SBC' 2016

2016 is the first vintage for Liquid Farm's SBC (Santa Barbara County) Pinot Noir and it's a total beauty. A blend of 3 different vineyard sits across Santa Barbara County, 54% Solomon Hills, 23% Bien Nacido, 23% Spear. The wine itself opens with gorgeous aromas of wild cherries, floral, pomegranate, exotic spices and hints of fresh porcini mushroom. It has a beautiful round, silky texture, backed by vibrant acidity leading into the supple finish. A simply stunning Pinot Noir which will evolve beautifully over the course of the next decade.
