A blend of 50% Viognier, 20% Roussane, 15% Marsanne, and 10% Grenache Blanc that is aged for 12 months in neutral oak and boasts gorgeous notes of peach candy, bitter herbs, creamy tropical fruit, dried thyme, and fresh red apple. It presents a rich, full-bodied mouthfeel, high levels of acidity, and a delicious fruit and herbacous finish. This is a unique combination of grapes for this area of the world, but Corazon Del Sol pulls it off in spades.
