The 2017 'Bond Road' Chardonnay Chardonnay from Hollick begins with inviting aromas of orchard fruits, crushed stones, vinalla blossoms and hints of salted almond all taking shape in the glass. The palate beautifully tecxtured with bright core of racy acidity that persists through the mouthwatering finish. This is drinking beautifully now and should continue develop with some short-term cellaring.
