The 2017 'Old Vines' Cabernet Sauvignon from Hollick begins with stunning aromatics which include dark cherries, tobacco, mint, fresh herbs, exotic spices and bell pepper which instanly grab your attention. On the palate this is medium to full-bodied and incredibally balanced with wonderful combination of fruit and acidity. It remains fresh and vibrant all the way through the fresh long, mouthwatering finish. This is a simply fantastic Cabernet Sauvignon that is simply outstanding today, but should also contiune to evolve over th next decade.
