Torbreck has created another stunning display with their 2012 'Run Rig' Shiraz. As this opens it slowly releases aromas reminiscent of rose petals, mocha, anise, smoked pork shoulder and cassis. There are flavors of anise, smoked brisket, mocha, cassis and black cherry with black olive. This is gorgeous, layered, mineral driven and intense Shiraz that captures the balance and viscosity of this incredible vintage.
