This beautiful Riesling from Nikolaihof offers a very pretty bouquet, showing pretty aromas of lemon curd, hazelnut, white flowers, crushed slate, along side hints of peach, green apple, honey and sea salt. It has a light to medium body with gorgoeus acidity and a lovely mouth coating texture. Flavors of citrus, orchard fruits and wet stone all continue to shine through on to the elegant finish. While this is nothing short of utterly delicious now it should also contine to drink beautifully over the next several years.
