The 2018 Sebastien Giroux Pouilly Fuissé 'Les Raidillons' is a lovely showing which bursts opens with fresh aromatics gooseberry, starfruit, white blossoms, lemon zest and crushed stones. On the palate this is elegant and refined, as it also displays wonderful textural richness as it remains beautifully balanced and precise through the finish. Overall, this is a gorgeous Pouilly Fuissé which is impressive today, but will also continue to evolve and take on additional character over the next handful of years.
