The 2016 Galuis shows a nice aromatic profile which includes dark cherries, cassis, exotic spices, tobacco and hints of toasted nuances all coming together nicely. Possessing a medium-plus body and a lovely polished texture, this red also shows a notable youthful freshness through the long finish. This should age nicely over the course of the next decade, however if approaching early allow this some time to unwind.
