This Right Bank wine hits all the expected notes of a Bordeaux blend. Black olive, green pepper, raspberry and vanilla invite on the nose. The palate is loaded with primary fruit of blackberry and cherry. A vanilla and cola sweetness appears mid palate with a juicy acidity and bell pepper on the finish. Tannin is up to the task of meeting the acid but the two are not yet integrated. Drink now or give this one some time for the flavors to develop and marry.
