The 2018 Château Fayan displays an impressive dark color, and delivers lovely aromas of currants and ripe dark cherries woven together with loam, mocha and spices all merging together. On the palate this is medium to full-bodied and richly textured with notable depth. The finish is long and polished, marked by dark fruits, spices and chocolate nuances. A wonderful value and an excellent showing from the vintage.
