The 2011 Chateau Perey Chevreuil is a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet offering aromas of dark cherries and blackberries followed by roasted coffee, and pain grille notes which all take shape in the glass. This medium-bodied Saint-Émilion is well-balanced with a wonderful fine, silky texture that continues all the way through the finish. This should continue to drink well with some additional bottle age. (Best 2016-2020) - January, 2016 (JD)
