The 2019 Badine de la Patache offers inviting aromas of ripe dark cherries and blackberries which are laced with tobacco, cocoa, baking spices and hints of wet stones which all come together in the glass. On the palate this is medium-bodied with a gorgeous silky texture and lovely overall balance through the pretty finish. This is accessible now and should continue to cellar nicely with some short-term cellaring.
