The 2013 Clos L’Eglise was one of the most compelling wines tasted thus far in this 2013 vintage. The wine was far ahead of many and already showing wonderful characteristics. Ripe, dark and concentrated with a rich, velvety texture and a long tight gripping finish. A wonderful showing and clearly looks as if it will end up towards the high end of the score range. - June, 2014 (JD)
