The 2019 Chateau Haut Grela Blaye, Côtes de Bordeaux opens to aromas of red cherries and plums along with spices, crushed stones and fresh cut spring florals which all develop beautifully in the glass. On the palate this is medium-bodied, with notable overall balance and a gorgeous silky texture that continues through the finish. While this is already delightful, it should continue to develop nicely over the next few years.
