The 2021 Cabernet-Syrah begins with aromatics of cherries and raspberries followed by nuances of spices, pepper and hints of herbs all taking shape in the glass. Medium-bodied and beautifully balanced with ripe fruits and fresh acidity. It continues to impress with its bright racy core of ripe fruit and minerality all leading up to the fresh finish.
