The 2021 Pic Saint Loup 'Les Costes' is a lovely showing that offers plenty of character. It beings with aromas of black raspberries and blackberries that are laced with nuances of spices, black olives, earth and savory nuances which all come together nicely in the glass. On the palate this is medium-bodied and well-balaned with polished tannins a lovely touch of acidity framing its core. Flavors of red/dark berries, spices and savory notes continue to leave a lasting impresson on the finish.
