The 2019 Côtes du Rhône Vieilles Vignes begins with aromatics of raspberries and plums which come together with lavender, gravel and hints of white pepper. On the palate this is medium-bodied with a lovely round velvety mouthfeel, underlined by nice streaks of acidity which proves lovely freshness through the finish. While this is drinking beautifully right now and should offer a drinking window that spans a few more years.
