Domaine Devoy Plan de Dieu opens to vivid aromas of raspberries and red plums which combine with licorice, herbs, spices, lavender and hints of minerals all taking shape. On the palate this is elegant and refined, with a beautiful silky, round texture and wonderful overall finesse. It displays excellent overall balance and a fresh juicy core that expands through the pretty finish. This is a lovely showing that should continue to age nicely over the next few years.
