The 2010 Château Behere Courtin is very complex for such a young wine, with roasted coffee, dark chocolate, leather, spices, floral, bell pepper and loam backed up by fresh dark fruits. The balance and structure are impeccable with fine, dusty tannins. The finish is long and pretty with a subtle tart edge that should flesh out in short time. 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot. (Drink 2014-2023) - July, 2012 (JD)
