The 2009 Chateau Behere Courtin offers plenty of gorgeous fresh blackberries, black cherries and currant along with tobacco, tar, espresso and some graphite aromas. Full-bodied, yet elegant and refined with amazing purity and a rock solid structure. The finish is ultra-long and chewy echoing flavors of black fruits and tobacco notes. Excellent now, but will be even better in a few years. (Best 2015-2026) - October, 2012 (JD)
