CHÂTEAU BÉHÈRÉ COURTIN Pauillac 2011

Château Béhèré is a small property, which is situated in the middle of Pauillac’s big name First Growths. Béhèré Courtin is the estates second wine, and it is absolutely fantastic in this vintage. Showing extremely well at this juncture, it begins with lovely aromatics of blackberries and cherries along with with roasted coffee, earthy minerals and spring florals which come together beautifully in the glass. On the palate, this displays wonderful overall depth, balance and structure, backed with velvety, polished tannins which expand through the long finish. A gorgeous Pauillac which should continue to drink well over the course of the next decade.
