The 2019 'Les 7 Hommes' Sancerre instantly opens to pretty aromatics of citrus fruits, lime zest, kiwi and gooseberries which are accented with lovely mineral nuances. On the palate this is clean and precise, with a nice combination of acidity and minerality that persists through the bright, energetic finish.
