The 2017 ‘Les Sarrottes’ Sancerre begins with inviting aromas of gooseberries, lychee, papaya which are along with a stony mineral character. On the palate this is clean and focused, with and intense stony minerality, underlined by a layer of acidity which brings some freshness and vibrancy as it enters the finish.
