As typical for this wine, it opens with this flinty, volcanic, and reductive note on the nose - it’s really beautiful and interesting and a style I adore. A lovely medium lemon with a greenish rim displays wonderfully in the glass. Boasting notes of orange blossom, honey-coated red apple, lemongrass, toasted clove, a touch of cedary herbs, yummy acidity, and a fruit and herbal finish, this wine always over-delivers for the price point.
