This collaborative effort from Michel Tardieu and Philippe Cambie is a blend of 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Mourvedre. The wine is made with minimal intervention and no chemicals or artificial fertilizers are used in the vineyards. The wine itself delivers aromas which jump from the glass, offering citrus peel, watermelon, red berries, wild herbs and fresh flowers. On the palate this displays excellent freshness with lovely acidity leading into a bright and crisp finish. As usual, this Rosé is a fantastic effort from this duo of star winemakers.
