This blend of 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne comes from a 3 ha plot of gravelly alluvial soils, traditionally farmed without the use of pesticides and with minimal intervention. The wine delivers a lovely bouquet of pear compote, melon, honey, fennel seed and white flowers. It is clean and fresh with good acidity and an elegant finish. (Best 2014-2020) - February, 2014 (MD)
