The 2018 'Cuvée L'Aurore' Vieilles Vignes Bourgogne Blanc is a wonderful showing. It delivers inviting aromas and flavors of pear, vanilla blossom, lemon oil and flinty minerals which all take shape in the glass. This is beautifully textured and driven by a fantastic minerality which continues on through the finish. Overall, this is a fine effort that should be very accessible over the next few years.
