The 2019 Chateau les Bouysses Cahors opens to aromas of ripe black raspberries and dark plums, followed by florals, spices, white pepper and herb nuances which all begin to take shape as it unwinds in the glass. This possesses a remarkable round, polished texture that ends with a velvety finish that lingers. This is an absolutely delicious Cahors that is drinking beautifully in its youth and should continue to impress as it evolves in bottle over the next few years.
