The 2021 Domaine Lorieux Bourgueil Cuvee L’Humelaye offers aromas raspberries and red berries that are accented by fresh tobacco, dried herbs and hints of lavender all coming together. The palate is medium-bodied and and light on its feet, driven by flavors of red berries and spices character that leads up to the finish. This is a youthful wine that is accessible now, but should also develop with another year or so in bottle.
