The 2017 Vallee des Aigles Côtes du Roussillon Villages 'Cuvée Saint Martin' displays pretty aromas of crushed black raspberries, cherries, black pepper, spices and lavender that all emerge from the glass. It possesses a lovely round, velvety texture and mouthfeel that remains fresh through the fruit driven finish. This is approachable now, but also has the potential to evolve nicely over the next five years.
