The 'Terroir Mediterraneen' Chardonnay comes from a warm, dry climate that is exposed to the flow of sea winds with soils that are gravelly and clay-limestone in nature on sandstone bedrock. It opens with a lovely mineral character that is accented by lemons and white floral blossoms all taking shape in the glass. On the palate is beautifully textured with notable weight and gorgeous combination of bright acidity, minerality and ripe fruit which continues all the way through the mouth watering finish. This is drinking beautifully today and should also offer a drinking window that spans a decade.
