The 2020 'Terroir Autan' is made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from the slopes surrounding Limoux, in the heart of the Appellation. It begins with aromas of sliced apples, tangerine blossoms and lemon, which are laced with white flowers and hints of crushed stones.The palate is beautifully textured with a soft mouthfeel that is underlined by a lovey combination of minerality and bright acidity which provides wonderful freshness through the finish. This is drinking beautifully today and should also offer a drinking window that span nearly a decade.
