The 2020 'Terroir Oceanique' is made from 100% Chardonnay. Fresh and inviting, this begins with aromas of citrus, lemon oil, white florals and saline minerality that all resonate through the wine. The palate is nicely textured and balanced, with lovely acidity, freshness along with a saline edge that expands through the finish. This is showing excellent today, but should also take on some additional characteristics over the next few years.
