The 2019 Les Rue de Chaux from Maison Evenstad has a gorgeous bouquet of delineated mineral-rich crushed red raspberry and black cherry fruits accented by crushed rock and earthy tones. The palate is medium-bodied with smooth, silky tannins and a lush, balanced finish. Lovely salinity lingers on the mid-palate. Enjoy this one with a nice decant or over the next 12-15 months.
