The 2013 Nuits-Saint-Georges from Olivier Chanzy is already extremely appealing, offering an attractive nose of red berries, raspberries, floral, spices, and hints of smoke all taking shape as this unwinds in the glass. This elegant Pinot Noir is silky, balanced and displays wonderful finesse on the palate. Everything comes together beautifully on the finish, which is marked by pretty floral and red fruits. While still youthful today, this is an extremely well-made wine and certainly has a bright future ahead. (Best 2017-2027) - December, 2015 (JD)
