The 2011 Domaine la Soumade "Fleur de Confiance' offers layers of blackberries, black currant bud, spices, dried violets, loam and earthy minerals which resonate through the wine. Full and richly textured with fantastic structure and long mouth coating finish that leaves behind dark fruits, spices and chocolate notes. This is very primal right now and is in need of some short-term cellaring, this only begins to express its true charcter after a few hours of air contact.
