On the palate the is beautifully balanced and focused, with notable mid-palate depth, defined by its gorgeous acidity and mineral laced core. It continues to impress with stunning purity and gorgeous acidity on the finish. This is a fantastic expression of Sauvignon Blanc and should not be missed.
