The 2015 'La Voute' from Domaine Joel Delaunay is an elegant Sauvignon, which delivers lovely aromas of gooseberry, citrus, minerals, herbs and a hint of lemon peel. On the palate the wine is beautifully balanced and focused, with notable mid-palate depth, defined by its gorgeous acidity and mineral laced core.
