The 2018 Meursault 1er Cru 'Les Genevrieres' is an utterly brilliant wine from Domaine Bernard-Bonin. This strikingly pure expression delivers incredible aromatics of fresh quince, lemon oil, honeysuckle, hazelnut and crushed stones the all come together beautifully. On the palate this is simply gorgeous, showing remarkable overall balance and precision, driven by lovely acidity and underlying salty notes that make it impossible to resist. The 'Les Genevrieres' is a completely thrilling Meursault from Nicolas Bernard and Veronique Bonin that should go on to provide enjoyment for years to come.
