The Chateau Les Graves de Viaud Cotes du Bourg 'Origine' offers aromas of black cherries and cassis followed by spices, cedar and hints of earthy nuances that all take shape. This medium-bodied red is supported by fine-grained tannins with a well-dreuctured frame that leads into the long, grippy finish. A lovely Cotes du Bourg, but allow it a year or so to soften.
