The 2020 Chateau Hoclet opens to aromas of cherries alongside florals, spices, licorice and minerals that all take shape in the glass. On the palate this displays an inviting fine-grained, velvety texture which is laced with dark cherries and spices persist through the finish. A lovely wine to approach now or over the course of the next few years.
