Very perfumed and expressive on the nose with aspects of dark cherries, damp earth, bergamot, cedary herbs, dried lavender, and hints of ground clove and leather. A bright-medium ruby core, with a silvery neon pink rim, pops from the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent tannins, racy acidity, and lightly spiced with a classy herbaceous finish that lingers for minutes. Only 76 cases were made.
