The 2016 Château Balesté is composed of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon and begins with aromas of blackberries, dark cherries and traces of blueberries that are come together beautifully with spices, herbs and smoldering tobacco. On the palate this is medium to full-bodied with a soft, round texture and layers of ripe dark that is expands through the voluptous finish.
