The Domaine La Fagotiere opens up inviting aromas of lemon and citrus fruits, followed by tropical fruits, stone fruit, fennel and floral blossoms. It possesses a lovely soft texture with flavors of ripe citrus honey, and green apple flavors working their way through the wine. Overall, this is an appealing Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc which should continue to develop with some bottle age.
