The 2017 Château Fargueirol opens to inviting aromas of kirsch cherries, damson plums, savory herbs, spices, licorice and hints of damp earth. On the palate this possesses a medium-plus body with gorgeous round, velvety texture. Shows notable overall balance, concentration and depth, with a core of ripe red and dark fruits. This is fantastic now, however it should continue to evolve and drink well over the course of next decade.
