The 2008 Clos des Papes instantly opens with aromas of fresh berries and roasted plums followed exotic spices, licorice, crushed lavender and minerals that come together beautifully in the glass. This continues to impresses on the palate with its remarkable balance, gorgeous round velvety texture and wonderful finesse making a seamless transition into the finish.
