DOMAINE DE BEAURENARD Châteauneuf-Du-Pape 2013

The 2013 Châteauneuf-Du-Pape from Domaine de Beauregard opens with aromas of dark cherry and dark plum, which are woven together with kirsch, smoke, licorice and hints of cocoa. On the pallet this possesses a lovely rich layered texture with a beautiful concentration of ripe dark fruits through finish. Excellent right now, but allow this just a bit more time for it to be at its best. (Best 2016-2024) - October, 2015 (JD)
