The Château Fortia Reserve opens to inviting aromas of raspberries, plums, spices, pepper, licorice and savory nuances which fill the glass. On the palate this is full-bodied, round and generous with a core of red berries and plum along with a lovely spicy character which continues through the finish. Overall a wonderful wine, however it will need a few years of cellaring before it shows its best.
